Learning to do Teacher’s Thing (Curriculum and Lesson Plan making)

Lesson Plan in Indonesia
Semi-Detailed Lesson Plan in the Philippines

The attached photos above are the sample lesson plans from Indonesia and in the Philippines. During my practice teaching at SDN 84 kendari, my cooperating teacher said that it is okay to use the lesson plan in the Philippines. However, I still want to know and see what kind of lesson plan do they use and its content so I asked for a copy of their lesson plan and it is very much alike with the lesson plan we use in the Philippines. I asked for their curriculum as well, for me to be able to know what’s inside their curriculum and what are their target competencies for their students. Unfortunately, their curriculum and lesson plans are written in Bahasa Indonesia. Because there’s no english translation of its content, I asked one of the teachers who can speak english to translate it for me. Ibu Eni, the teacher who helped me to translate the lesson plan, said that it is just the same with the lesson plan I use from the Philippines. With that being said, I was still able to know how to create their lesson plan and I’ve learned new things.
